Our connection to two of our providers at Singapore, Telstra and SGIX, went offline. We are waiting for information from these two networks as to why this may have happened.

For now, traffic has failed over to our other Internet providers in this region.

UPDATE: Telstra is back online, however, our connection to the peering exchange SGIX remains offline.

Packet loss at our Las Vegas, NV data center - RESOLVED

One of our network providers in Las Vegas, Cogent, began experiencing issues. We quickly disabled our BGP session with them as to not be affected by their issues.

We are awaiting a response from them.

UPDATE: Cogent reported a bad optical module was causing the issue. They have replaced it.
