Packet loss at our Las Vegas, NV data center - RESOLVED

One of our network providers in Las Vegas, Cogent, began experiencing issues. We quickly disabled our BGP session with them as to not be affected by their issues.

We are awaiting a response from them.

UPDATE: Cogent reported a bad optical module was causing the issue. They have replaced it.
