Singapore latency increase to some routes

One of our network providers in Singapore, PCCW, is currently offline.

As PCCW has good local peering in South East Asia, their routes are now being rerouted via our other provider, Telstra.

Some routes to our Singapore network may experience higher latency.

We are waiting for a response from PCCW regarding this failure.

UPDATE: the issue was resolved by PCCW a few hours later and we reactivated our BGP peering session with them.
