Network latency by Lumen/Level3 at our Las Vegas, NV data center - RESOLVED

One of our three providers at this data center, Level3 (known now as Lumen) experienced packet loss. For now, we have shut down this provider until they have resolved their issue.

Our other two providers, Zayo and Cogent, are working fine and took over Lumen's traffic.
