Network latency via Hurricane Electric at our Singapore data center

One of our Internet providers at our Singapore data center, HE, suffered intermittent outages at around noon time of 1st of March, Singapore local date and time.

We have taken HE offline for now as we await for a response from their engineers.

All virtual servers at our Singapore data center are fully functional as our other providers took over the portion of network traffic that was handled by HE.

UPDATE: three hours later, the issue had been resolved by HE.
