One, or several, of your virtual servers at our Las Vegas, Nevada region will be rebooted in order to apply updates to our platform. These updates will improve the security of your virtual server. At the same time, we will also be migrating your virtual server to new hardware with faster CPUs and faster RAM.
This is part of our late 2020/early 2021 project to upgrade all our regions to faster servers.
This reboot will be quick and your virtual server should be offline for just one minute or two. Please make sure that all of your virtual server's services will automatically start after a reboot.
Your virtual server's reboot will be performed at any time during this window, starting on January 30th at 7 AM PST.
If you desire a specific time and/or date within this window for your virtual server's migration to occur, please contact our staff and let them know. We will gladly accommodate your schedule.
