Your virtual server at our Ashburn, Virginia (US East) location will be rebooted in order to apply security updates, software updates to improve performance as well as upgrades to CPUs in order to increase CPU availability.
This reboot will be quick and your virtual server should be offline for just one minute or two. Please make sure that all of your virtual server's services will automatically start after a reboot.
Your virtual server's reboot will be performed at any time during this window, however, most will occur after hours (after 6 PM Eastern Time).
If you desire a specific time and/or date within this window for your virtual server's reboot to occur, please contact our staff and let them know. We will gladly accommodate your schedule.
