Past Incidents

As previously informed to all clients hosted at our Las Vegas, NV region, we will be performing network maintenance at our Las Vegas, NV data center between the hours of 10PM PST and 2AM PST.

During this time, you will experience 2 or 3 short network interruptions of no more than a minute or two.

This maintenance is in order to replace our core switches for newer, faster 40/100G switches.

NOTE: this maintenance is now completed. Our last remaining old generation core switches are now gone. Our Las Vegas, NV network is now running on a 100G backbone with 40G downlinks to our newer generation of edge switches.

It seems our BGP sessions are currently experiencing flapping, causing intermittent network loss. We are currently investigating.
